第一条亚洲蕉叶连锁餐饮集团会员“一卡通”分至尊卡、白金卡、金卡、贵宾卡、普通客户卡五种。至尊卡特殊功能另行规定。

The first, membership card of Asian banana leaf dining group those have supreme card, platinumcard, gold card, VIP card, and ordinary card five types. The supreme Carter outstanding accomplishment can stipulate separate.

第二条会员“一卡通”功能

The second, the membership card function:
1、宾客持会员卡在本企业各连锁酒店消费，除按规定不可打折情况（豪包标准内消费，酒水、饮料、香烟、特价菜及标准单消费）外，均可享受至尊卡8折，白金卡、金卡8.5折，贵宾卡8.8折，普通会员卡9折的优惠。

1, the guest hold the membership card may have discount, except discount is not allowed according to group policies (for example: consumption in luxury private room under the minimum charge, beverage, cigarette, and special offer), may enjoy 20% discount on supreme card, 15% discount on platinumcard and gold card, 12% discount on VIP card, 10% discount on ordinary card.

2、功能分类

2, Classification of function
（1）普通会员卡、贵宾卡、金卡：除优惠外，可在卡内储值消费；

(1) Ordinary card, VIP card, gold card: Besides the privilege, may be stored value in the card.
（2）白金卡、至尊卡除可享受折扣优惠外，还可在既定的授信额度内签单消费。

(2) Platinumcard, supreme card not only the privilege and discount, but also, consumption in extent of credit limits.

第二章申办手续
The second, application procedures

第三条凡符合申办条件的宾客，可在本公司指定的服务点办理申办手续；

Third, each guest who would like to apply for the membership card may go to facilities of group;

第四条申办宾客须按规定填写申请表，认可并承诺遵守本章程的所有条款。

Fourth, each guest who would like to apply for the membership card should fill in application form, and agreed with all provisions and regulations of group.

第三章使用规则
The third, regulations.

第五条持卡宾客在消费时出示此卡，可享受优惠（豪包标准内消费，酒水、饮料、香烟、特价菜及标准菜单消费除外），此卡仅限于持卡贵宾本人使用，不得转借他人；

Fifth, guest should shows this card before, may enjoy the privilege (except consumption in luxury private room under the minimum charge, beverage, cigarette, and special offer), this card is only to be used personally, not allowed subtenancy other people;

第六条持卡宾客在消费结算时，请于付款前出示此卡，以便进行积分积累。每消费100元将有1分的消费积分，累计消费积分达到规定额度，可换取相应的礼品或将相应金额冲入卡中，也可返还现金（具体见酒店内海报）；

The sixth, when settle accounts guest should show this card before the payment, which may able to put correct points into the membership card. Every 100 Yuan exchange 1 point, when the accumulation of points achieve some levels may exchange to gifts or put relevant amount of money into the card, may also refund the cash (please see poster in the restaurant);

第七条原卡升级后，原有的消费累计额及消费积分终止，不再累加，原卡内的消费积分可换取相应的礼品或将相应金额冲入卡中，也可返还现金；

The seventh, after card upgraded, the original points and volume of accumulation to be terminated, no longer accumulated, in the original card's points may exchange to relevant gifts or put relevant amount of money into the card, may also refund the cash.

第八条本卡不得提取现金；

The eighth, this card can not withdraw the cash;
第九条严禁公司内部员工持会员卡传递使用或替顾客打折，违者将追究其违规责任及经济责任。

Ninth, strictly prohibit any employee to use membership card discount for customers, rule-breaker will face disciplinary punishment and economical obligation.

第四章挂失与补办
The fourth, loss and renew

第十条如持卡宾客遗失本公司有效会员卡，请至本公司指定的服务点，凭有效证件进行挂失，办理补卡手续，并支付工本费20元/卡；

Tenth, when guest lose the membership card, please go to assigned service point, carry on valid identification register a loss, and renew a card, each card costs 20 Yuan/card;

第十一条挂失前已造成的损失由宾客自行承担；

11th, before registering a loss, any losses caused which undertake by the guest personally;
第十二条补办后的新卡沿用原卡的有效期限及累计积分。

12th, the new card continues to have accumulated points and same expired date of original card.

第五章资料变更
The fifth, change of information

第十三条如持卡人发生变更或会员卡需要转让，应凭转让者与被转让者双方的有效证件至本酒店指定的服务点办理相关转让手续，同时变更持卡宾客档案资料。但白金卡、至尊卡不得转让。

13th, if cardholder change or the membership card needs to transfer, assignor and assigner both should take valid identification go to assigned service point which to handle assignment procedure, simultaneously updating new cardholder information. But platinum card and supreme card are not allowed to transfer.

第六章有效期
The sixth, validity

第十四条会员卡有效期为二年，如持卡人当年在本公司所属连锁酒店的消费累计未满3000元者，会员卡将自动失效。

14th, membership card validity is two years, if cardholder accumulated expense is not more than 3000 Yuan previous year, the membership card will expire automatically.

第七章附则
The seventh, collateral clauses

第十五条会员卡的所有权属亚洲蕉叶餐饮集团有限公司，如遇持卡宾客违反本章程有关条款规定，本公司可不预先通知，即可取消其用卡资格，并收回其所持卡，追回欠款；

15th, membership card's property shall vest in the Asian banana leaf dining group Limited company, if cardholder deregulation occurred as mentioned following, the company may not notice in advance, then cancel qualifications of card, and takes back membership card, recovers the debt;

第十六条对伪造、变造会员卡，使用伪造、变造、作废的会员卡，冒用他人的会员卡，恶意透支等行为，本公司有权申请司法保护，并依法追究有关当事人的经济和法律责任；

16th, on behaviors of forging membership card, using fake membership card, personating other people's membership card, spiteful overdraft, the Banana Leaf Group is authorized to apply for the judicial protection, and investigates the concerned litigant's economy and the legal obligation;

第十七条本公司对本章程拥有最终解释权和修订权，无论持卡人是否得到通知，本章程一经修改、公布即生效；

17th, the company has the final rights of interpretation and amendment, no matter whether cardholder obtains the notice or not, as soon as this regulation passes through revision and announcement with immediately effect;

第十八条本章程自2007年11月1日起生效。

18th, this regulation is with immediately effect from November 1, 2007.

The cardholder will receive mail about the group development regularly, you may understand that development process of banana leaf, and simultaneously we are looking forward for listening to your precious the opinion.

?持卡人可免费品尝餐厅每期推出的创新靓菜一款。

The cardholder may free taste a new dish.

?可要求指定厨师为您烹制美食。享有要求对菜肴进行特殊加工处理的优先权，一切符合您的口味。

Cardholder may specify a chef to tailor wonderful dishes from your needs that satisfied of all your taste.

?可要求指定服务员为您提供服务。

Cardholder may specify a waiter/waitress to serve you.

?可享受精品高档菜肴的客前烹制，眼福口福共享。

Cardholder may enjoy live cooking high-quality food.

?可享受酒店服务师的五星级服务。

Cardholder may enjoy the 5 star service of master.

?可在各连锁餐厅享受餐饮“金钥匙”服务。

Cardholder may enjoy the “Golden Key Service” in each chain.
?午餐可享受预先安排包厢并提供两餐豪包自动升级服务

Cardholder may reserve private room for lunch, free upgrade to luxury private room at lunch and dinner time.

?可要求酒店总助级或总助级以上高层管理人员代客迎宾。

The upper management of restaurant may instead of cardholder to welcome guest.
?可有限获得酒店各期推出的赠礼。

Cardholder may obtain free gift from restaurant which during promotion.

?持卡人一家（含两位直系亲属）可享受酒店送出的生日贺礼。

Cardholder (including two directly-related family members) may obtain birthday gifts which banana leaf sent out.
?持卡人可享受餐厅提供生日大餐。

Cardholder may enjoy special offer on his/her birthday.

?免费提供商务服务（如传真、复印等）。
Free service (for example fax, photocopy and so on).

?就餐可免费提供汽车服务
Free parking service.

?持卡人可要求餐厅专门为您布置就餐环境。

To decorate dining room from cardholder request.

?持卡人可在蕉叶所属餐厅享受8折优惠。（豪包标准内消费，酒水、饮料、香烟、特价菜及标准菜单消费不予折扣）。

The cardholder may enjoy 20% discount of bill in pointed restaurant (except consumption in luxury private room under the minimum charge, beverage, cigarette, and special offer).

?可同时参加有效积分奖励。每消费100元可积1分，累计积分达到一定额度可换取丰富礼品或将相应金额冲入卡中，也可返还现金（具体见各餐厅内海报）；

Points reward. Every 100 Yuan exchange 1 point, as accumulation achieves certain level exchange presents or put relevant amount of money into the card, may also refund the cash (please see poster in the restaurant)

?此卡具有消费记录功能。

Membership card has logging function.

?此卡具有借记（储值）功能。

Membership card has debt (adding funds) function.
?此卡具有贷记（透支）功能，最高授信额可达5000-15000元。

Membership card has credit (overdraft) function, credit limit can be amount to 5000-15000 Yuan.

?本公司拥有对至尊卡的最终解释权和变更权。
